At ScotlandArt, we provide complimentary International and UK delivery. Our UK service is next working day delivery, and a maximum of seven working days elsewhere. (European carriage times are usually 2/3 days.) In the unlikely event of damage in transit, you will receive a refund.
If for any reason, you wish to return any artwork purchased, the gallery has a no-quibble refund policy. We refund the full purchase price if the artwork is posted for return within seven days of delivery.
We offer alternative arrangements for very large or very fragile works which are unsuitable for the above carriage arrangement. On these rare cases, the payment is finalised when the customer accepts the alternative method of carriage offered. We will never charge you for anything without your express confirmation.
