Artist Statement:
My work is concerned with exploring nature. The flowers and plants in the Botanical Gardens of Edinburgh provide me with endless inspiration. I particularly enjoy the way form starts to emerge out of the shadows. The way light slowly uncovers and reveals the delicate and intricate constructions.
In my recent Degree Show at Edinburgh College of Art I successfully sold all my paintings and received great interest in commissions and for forthcoming work from as far a field as Pakistan.
